Baked Chicken in Pecan Crust

Chicken breasts dredged in evaporated milk and mixture of fried chicken batter mix, finely chopped pecans, paprika, sea salt and poultry seasoning. Chicken is drizzled with butter and baked in hot oven until juices run clear and breasts are cooked through.

Ingredients -

1/2 (8 ounces) package Chicken Fry Batter Mix
1/3 cup Finely Chopped Pecans
2 teaspoons Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
6 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast Halves
1/3 cup Butter, melted

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Mix together the fry mix, paprika, pecans, salt and poultry seasoning in a shallow dish.

4. In another shallow dish, pour in the evaporated milk.

5. Dip the chicken breasts in the milk, followed by the dry mix.

6. Arrange the breasts on the prepared dish and drizzle with butter.

7. Bake for 25 minutes.

8. Serve and enjoy.
