1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.
2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Mix together the fry mix, paprika, pecans, salt and poultry seasoning in a shallow dish.
4. In another shallow dish, pour in the evaporated milk.
5. Dip the chicken breasts in the milk, followed by the dry mix.
6. Arrange the breasts on the prepared dish and drizzle with butter.
7. Bake for 25 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy.
