1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.
2. Arrange 2 slices of deli turkey on each chicken breast half, followed by one slice of provolone and 2 basil leaves.
3. Roll the chicken to encase the filling, folding over any overlapping edges and secure with toothpicks.
4. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
5. Add the chicken rolls to a skillet of hot oil and brown on all sides.
6. Transfer chicken rolls to a 13x9x2" baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
7. Bake the chicken rollatini's for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Remove the pan from the oven, remove the toothpicks and cut the chicken rolls crosswise into 1/2" thick slices.
9. Serve immediately.
