1. Turn the oven to 375 degrees and preheat.
2. Marinate the chicken breasts in an iced salt water bath for 1/2 hour.
3. In a shallow bowl, combine the honey, milk, egg, salt and pepper and whisk well.
4. Add the ground pecans to another shallow bowl.
5. Dip the chicken in the egg wash then into the pecans and coat evenly.
6. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
7. Arrange the chicken in the prepare dish and bake for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. |
