Boneless chicken breasts arranged in shallow baking dish and topped with mixture of chunky salsa, light brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Chicken is baked until cooked through. Served with hot cooked

Ingredients -
4 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
1-1/2 cups Medium or Hot Chunky Salsa
3 tablespoons Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
3 cups Hot Cooked Brown Rice
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Arrange chicken in shallow ceramic baking dish in single layer.
3. Add salsa, sugar, mustard to small bowl. Stir to combine. Pour over chicken.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
