1. Prepare the fettuccine, and drain noodles.
2. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove to paper towels.
3. Reserve 3 tablespoons bacon fat.
4. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
5. Cook chicken in bacon fat over medium until chicken is cooked through.
6. Stir noodles into skillet.
7. Stir in sauce, spinach, Italian seasoning and bacon. Cook additional minute.
8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. |
