Buffalo Chicken Dip

Cooked and diced boneless, skinless chicken breast is combined with softened cream cheese, blue cheese salad dressing, and hot pepper sauce. Chicken mixture is spooned into prepared baking dish. Cheddar cheese is sprinkled on top and dip is baked in oven until bubbly. Served with celery sticks and tortilla chips.

Ingredients -

3 Cooked Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, diced
1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese, softened
1 (15 ounces) jar Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
1 (12 ounces) bottle Hot Pepper Sauce
1 (12 ounces) package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Celery Sticks, Tortilla Chips

 
Preparation:

1. Combine the first chicken breasts, softened cream cheese, blue cheese salad dressing and hot pepper sauce in a bowl and mix well.

2. Transfer the mixture into a 3 quart casserole dish that you lightly greased with butter.

3. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.

4. Bake until bubbly at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

5. Serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips.
