1. Turn the oven to 450 degrees and preheat.
2. Add the chicken to a large skillet and add enough water to just cover.
3. Cover and bring the chicken to a boil.
4. Turn the heat to low and let simmer until the chicken is cooked through, which takes about 8 minutes.
5. Remove the chicken to a cutting board and slice into strips.
6. Combine the chicken broth and hot sauce in a small bowl and mix well.
7. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss well to coat.
8. Place the premade pizza crusts onto a baking sheet.
9. Spread 1/3 cup of the blue cheese dressing on top.
10. Sprinkle half of the chicken on top followed by half of the cheese.
11. Drizzle some of the hot sauce over the top.
12. Repeat the layers.
13. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is lightly browned, which takes about 10 minutes.
14. Remove the pizzas from the oven and sprinkle with chopped celery.
15. Serve and enjoy.
