1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.
2. Mix together the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl.
3. Fold in the chicken, mozzarella and half of the cheddar cheese.
4. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and evenly spread.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Serve sprinkled with green onion.
8. Serve hot.
