1. In large non-stick saute pan or cast iron skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
2. Add chicken, bell pepper, and onion. Stirring frequently, cook until chicken begins to brown.
3. Add water, garlic, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring cacciatore to a boil.
4. Toss tortellini in with chicken cacciatore. Stir to coat tortellini with sauce.
5. Cover pan and cook additional 15 minutes, stirring frequently. |
