1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In large skillet, melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper.
3. Pour in chicken broth, cook until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
4. Stir in wine and heavy cream.
5. Place broccoli in bottom of long baking or casserole dish.
6. Pour half of sauce over broccoli.
7. Layer chicken over broccoli.
8. Add cheese to remaining sauce and pour cheese sauce over chicken and broccoli.
9. Bake until golden. |
