1. Butter a 13” x 9” baking dish.
2. Line baking dish with Italian bread.
3. Top bread with cheddar cheese, cooked chicken, Swiss cheese, and cooked ham
4. Top ham with sliced mushrooms
5. In a small bowl, beat 4 eggs. Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce, and coarse salt.
6. Pour egg mixture over casserole. Spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
7. Take casserole out of refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Cover with croutons.
8. Preheat oven to 350 F.
9. Bake 1 hour.
Sauce:
1. Mix, and heat in saucepan.
2. Pour over casserole when serving. |
