Swiss Cheese

Swiss Cheese is available in most stores in block form and slices. The off white colored cheese is mild with a small bite, melts well, and is best known for its characteristic holes in each  slice. Swiss cheese is not from Switzerland, but named for its similarity to Swiss cheese Emmental.
