1. Turn the oven to 400 degrees and preheat.
2. Combine the cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables and cooked chicken in a bowl and mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
4. In a small bowl, combine the egg, milk and baking mix and whisk well to combine.
5. Spread the batter on top of the chicken filling.
6. Bake until the top is golden brown, which takes about 30 minutes.
