1. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Sprinkle chicken breast strips with chili powder.
3. Sauté chicken strips 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from heat.
5. Toss chicken strips with salad greens, salsa, ranch salad dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Garnish with crushed tortilla chips before serving. |
