Ingredients -
2 cups Coarsely Chopped Cooked Turkey or Chicken
1/2 cup Diced Apple
1/3 cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1/3 cup Craisins
1/2 cup Diced Celery
Coarse Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
3 Wheat Pita Breads, halved
6 Small Lettuce Leaves
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, apple, yogurt, cranberries and celery and mix well.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place 1 leaf of lettuce inside each pita half.
4. Divide the chicken mixture between the pitas.
5. Serve and enjoy.
