1. Toss the chicken with 1/4 cup of the mustard and salad dressing.
2. Set the mixture aside.
3. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon mustard.
4. Arrange lettuce, cheese and chicken mixture in center of each tortilla.
5. Divide evenly.
6. Fold the sides of the tortilla toward the center.
7. Roll up to enclose the filling.
8. Microwave on high for 1 minute until it is heated through and the cheese is melted.
9. Cut in half to serve.
