Grilled Chicken Salad Pita Sandwich with Grapes and Pecans
Whole wheat pita pocket bread stuffed with mixture of grilled chicken breast pieces, halved seedless grapes, mayonnaise, sliced almonds, and chopped celery.
Ingredients -
1/4 Large Celery Stalk
1/2 cup Seedless Grapes
2-1/2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
5 ounces Grilled, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1 tablespoon Sliced Almonds
1 Whole-Wheat Pita Pocket Bread
Preparation:
1. Cut the grapes into halves and roughly dice the celery.
2. Chop the chicken breasts and add to a bowl with the grapes, celery and mayonnaise.
3. Stir in the almonds and mix well.
4. Fill the pita pockets with the mixture and serve.
