1. Slice the chicken thinly at a diagonal.
2. Slice the bell peppers in thin strips, discarding the seeds.
3. Whisk together the soy sauce, broth, salt, pepper and cornstarch in a bowl.
4. Heat a wok over high heat for 1 minute, add the oil let heat for 1 minute then add the chicken and garlic.
5. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes, then add the peppers and onions.
6. Cook for 2 more minutes, stirring frequently.
7. Add the broth mixture and stir constantly, bringing the mixture to a boil.
8. Serve over hot rice. |
