1. Add the garlic, ginger and shrimp to a bowl, toss and cover with plastic wrap.
2. Chill for 1 hour.
3. In another bowl, combine the chicken broth, teriyaki sauce and crushed red pepper.
4. Mix well and set aside.
5. Add the oil to a large skillet and heat to hot.
6. Add the marinated shrimp and cook until the shrimp turn pink, which takes about 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Add the teriyaki mixture and the vegetables and mix lightly.
8. Cook until the vegetables are tender, stirring often.
9. When ready to serve, add the cashews and mix lightly.
10. Serve and enjoy. |
