1. Add the apple chips and corn flakes to a food processor and pulse until crushed.
2. Add half the flour and the salt and pulse a few more times.
3. Add the chicken to a large Ziploc bag with 1 tablespoon of flour and shake well to coat.
4. Transfer the apple chip mixture to a shallow dish.
5. Coat the chicken breasts with apple butter then dredge in the corn flake mixture.
6. Add the butter and oil to a large frying pan and melt over medium heat.
7. Add the chicken and cook for 4 minutes per side or until the juices run clear.
8. Serve and enjoy.
