1. Clean, rinse and pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
2. Prepare a broiler pan with a rack and place the chicken, skin side down.
3. Broil until lightly browned, 4 or 5 inches from the heat, which takes about 20 minutes.
4. Combine pepper lime glaze ingredients in small bowl.
5. Drizzle or brush glaze over chicken breasts and serve hot.
