1. Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes.
2. Spray a large skillet with olive oil cooking spray.
3. Add the chicken and cook over medium high heat until the juices run clear.
4. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk well until smooth.
5. Add the mixture to the skillet with the chicken.
6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and simmer for 10 minutes, covered, or until the sauce begins to thicken.
7. Serve and enjoy.
