Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast halves basted in glaze prepared from Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and steak sauce. A portion of the glaze is reserved as a dipping sauce for the grilled chicken.

Ingredients -

1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Steak Sauce
4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves

 
Preparation:

1. Set the outdoor grill for medium heat.

2. Combine the sauce ingredients and mix well.

3. Save a small portion of sauce for basting, and dip the chicken in the remaining sauce.

4. Spray the BBQ grill grate with nonstick cooking spray.

5. Grill the chicken for 10 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear.

6. Baste occasionally during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

7. Serve and enjoy.
