1. In a large bowl, combine tequila, orange and lime juices, chili pepper, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Place chicken in marinade, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
3. Brush grill with oil. Preheat charcoal or gas barbecue.
4. Remove chicken from marinade, place on large plate, season with salt and pepper.
5. Grill breasts skin side down until nicely browned, about 5 minutes.
6. Flip the chicken. Cook additional 10-12 minutes, until chicken breasts are cooked through.
7. Remove from grill to serving plate. |
