Ingredients -
8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Green Bell Pepper, seeded, cut in rings
2 (16 ounces) jars Salsa Picante Sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
Preparation:
1. Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
2. Layer green pepper rings over chicken.
3. Combine salsa, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar.
4. Spoon over green peppers and chicken breasts.
5. Cover crockpot and cook on low setting 4-5 hours.

Homemade Picante Sauce
Heat 6 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium heat in a large non-stick skillet. Saute 1 large peeled and finely chopped white onion until onion is tender. Reduce heat to low.
Add 1 fresh stemmed and seeded jalapeno pepper, 6 medium-sized finely chopped ripe tomatoes, 1 tablespoon fresh finely chopped cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt, simmer about 10 minutes.
