1. Add unsalted butter, dry Italian salad dressing mix, fresh lemon juice to medium bowl. Stir with wooden spoon to combine.
2. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Arrange chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot.
4. Spoon butter mixture into crockpot.
5. Cover and cook on LOW 5 hours.
6. Sprinkle dried oregano over chicken and cook additional hour. |
